Hi Nunik, senang sudah dikunjungi. Kalau melacak siapa yg memulai penyebutan tersebut sih bisa aja, dan jk terbukti menuntutpun bisa. Tapi memang ini langkah yg tidak populer, dan mostly korporat atau brand akan berpikir seribu kali untuk melakukannya. Lebih baik cari upaya yang lebih kreatif untuk recovery. Begitu menurut saya.
