Kalau melihat program yang dilaksanakan Telkom sebenarnya sudah bagus sih…, cuma sasarannya ada sebagian yang belum kena. Betul juga sih masak orang yang biasanya bawa cangkul disuruh bawa laptop, kan susah, kalaupun mau pasti awalnya dia cuma bengong2 doang…
Kalau utk kasus yg terjadi di surabaya mestinya ada alasan lain kenapa org gak mau/sedikit yg dtg k t4 tsb, kalau dibilang gak ngerti internet… masak sih…, kalau gak punya duit utk beli laptop…itu relatif, mungkin alasannya krn t4nya jauh kali…
Ya lain kali Telkom harus banyak berfikir dulu sebelum melaksanakan suatu program tertentu, bukan hanya Telkom, kita juga harus begitu, terutama mas EBESS yang sptnya gak berfikir dulu sblm submit comment, masak sih topiknya A, mas EBESS k Z, trus jelek2in/memfitnah orang lagi, apapun yang dilakukan orang lain dan apalagi tujuannya utk mencerdaskan bangsa, masak harus kita fitnah dengan hal2 spt itu, apalagi anda hanya ngomong dan tidak punya bukti, ini dulu sebenarnya yang harus diperbaiki…
Tapi utk Menkominfo dan Telkom juga, ini bisa jadi bahan masukan yang baik utk kemajuan bangsa ini… Thanks

…. Saya yakin mereka (Telkom) juga tahu bahwa pasar internet tidak tercipta dengan sendirinya, tapi melalui proses yang harus dicreate, sehingga akan tercipta demand baru….
Memperkenalkan adalah bagian dari menjual itu sendiri. Aku ingat cerita seorang penjual sepatu keliling,..yang harus memasarkan sepatunya kepada masyarakat yang belum mengenal sepatu. Bagaimana gigihnya si penjual sepatu,..memperkenalkan sepatunya sehingga orang-orang tersebut mengetahui manfaat sepatu,..alhasil orang-orang tersebut bisa pakai sepatu….Dimana pada awalnya dicemooh habis-habis2an,..”ngapain jualan sepatu pada orang yang nggak kenal sepatu”….
Menjual barang pada market yang sudah jadi memang berbeda dengan market yang belum jadi….Kadang kita harus “nyelam dulu”. By the way Taman bungkul,..saat ini Insya Allah aman koq krn sdh lebih tertata,..apalagi sdh ada petugas satpol yang jaga,….

Mbak, Lha wong goals nya mungkin gak jelas : Telkom dalam rangka CSR ataw memang ada bisnis expectation nantinya (ada hubungannya dengan palapa ring 2 nggak ya ?).
Yang lainnya lagi juga dari kulturnya yg agak beda dengan misalnya di negara “maju” atau yang ICT minded. Clubbing, cafe lovers, etc. kan belum nyampe disitu (mungkin).
